| 1. Set up an Account |
Before you send an item using
either tickets or E-packs you will need to Set
up an Account with us.
When your account has been set up
you will be given a PIN number that can be used
for buying our products (Buy
IT) and booking a courier (Book
IT).

| 2. Purchase Tickets or Express Mail Packs (E-packs) |
Depending upon the size, type
and destination of the items you are sending we
offer a selection of Express
Mail Packs and Tickets
to suit your delivery needs. These can be purchased
through the Buy
IT function on our website.

section for more information. |
| 3. Package and Label your Item correctly |
It is important to pack and label
your item carefully to ensure it arrives on time
and undamaged. Refer to our Packaging
and Labelling Guidelines to ensure that your
item is correctly packaged and labelled. |
| 4. Keep a Reference |
Keep the 'Customer Use' or 'Customer
Manifest' portion of the ticket or E-pack with
the receiver's name and address. You will need
this number if you wish to perform the Track
IT function. |
| 5. Book your
Courier |
You can book a courier online
by using Book
IT. Alternatively you can book a courier using
our Voiceless Activated Network (V.A.N.). This
is an automated booking service that allows you
to book a courier in less than 10 seconds using
your account PIN number. Call 0800 692
687 and follow the instructions.
If you don't have a PIN number or
have lost your PIN Number, please call Customer
Services on 0800 800 841 to request
one. |
