Q: Why am I unable to phone customer services on 0800 800 841 from my mobile phone?

A: One of the advantages of using New Zealand Couriers, is that we have local customer service teams (rather than just a national or off-shore customer call centre) – this means we have local knowledge and can help you better. To enable this, we operate a geographic routing service based on our callers' nearest branch (we cannot do this if you call us from a mobile phone).
