| 1. Set up an Account |
Before you send an item you will need to Set
up an Account with us. If you already have

can use the same account for sending items internationally.
Alternatively you can visit your local
branch or agent
to arrange international delivery of your item. |
| 2. Order Consignment Notes, Labelopes, Stickers or International Satchels |
Please be aware that all International items require a consignment note. If you are sending a non-document, an invoice is required for Customs purposes. All your supplies can be ordered by calling the International Helpdesk 0800 655 010.
Please refer to our International
Services section for more information. |
| 3. Package and Label your Item Correctly |
| It is important to pack and label your item carefully
to ensure it arrives on time and undamaged. Refer
to our Packaging
and Labelling Guidelines to ensure that your
item is correctly packaged and labelled. |
| 4. International Paperwork |

International items require some extra paperwork.

Paperwork section for copies of the forms
needed and instructions on how to complete them. |
