Track IT – Online Query Systems
A valid ticket or consignment number is required before a query can be lodged.
This service is available when tracking 'Courier Tickets/Packs', 'Charge Labels, 'Customer Printed Labels', 'Contract Bags' and 'Bar Codes'.
Trace your item as usual by clicking on 'Track Courier Ticket'.
Once the results page appears, there is red, underlined text 'Click here to Lodge Customer Services Query for this ticket'. Click the underlined text to lodge your query.
You will need to have all the pick up and delivery details.
This form will appear - please complete and click on the 'Submit Request' button.
You will have a choice on how you wish to be contacted - if not selected, it will default to email.
